At Swsu, we deal in cosmetic and beauty products and maintain strict hygiene standards. Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging and seals intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products, unsealed skincare or personal care items, perishable goods, gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items cannot be returned. We also do not accept hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
Return Requirements
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted if items are not in original condition, are damaged, or missing parts not due to our error, or in exceptional cases where a return is requested after 7 days.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email at info@swsu.in about approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, and then your bank. If the issue persists, contact us at info@swsu.in.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. To request an exchange, email info@swsu.in with order details and proof such as photos or videos.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit after approval. If not, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
To initiate a return, contact info@swsu.in for instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable and may be deducted from refunds. For higher-value items, using a trackable shipping service or insurance is recommended.
