Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of placing the order. Swsu will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or appears tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@swsu.in with proper proof such as photos or videos. We will assist you with a replacement or resolution. Swsu is not liable for packages lost due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

International Shipping
Currently, we may or may not offer international shipping. If available, shipping charges and delivery times will vary based on destination. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
